These little Easter Basket cupcakes were fun and easy to make. I used a simple white cake mix and baked the cupcakes in the basket pan I received last month. They baked up in about 16 minutes and then I left them to completely cool. I colored a small batch of coconut for the grass and used little M & M for the eggs inside the easter baskets. These make such a cute little dessert for the upcoming holiday. They are also a fun project to get the kids involved with. Even my little guy can stir the food coloring and coconut together.Entered in this round of Waiter There's Something In My...Easter Basket.
